Here’s how it works: First, I’ll request you to email me favorite photo(s) of your pet and we can discuss quotes for the size you’d like. Typically 8.5"x11" is $55. If you purchase I will contact you for more information. If you do not respond by the time your order is up in my queue your order will be canceled.

I am willing to consider a refund or exchange if contacted within 7 days from receiving your item. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs unless I made a mistake in production. Please ship items back within 30 days of delivery.
I do not accept cancellations.All orders are packed carefully to ensure a safe delivery. However, if you have any damage please send me a picture and I will send replacement artwork if needed.
